Death date?

The NYT article, dated October 25, 1982 (a Monday) indicates that Myer "died Thursday," which would put his death on October 21, assuming the Times meant the immediately preceding Thursday. However, the Truman Library page gives his death as October 4, 1982. That was a Monday. I don't have a good way to easily determine which of these is correct at the moment.W.stanovsky (talk) 23:36, 9 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

so minor detail -what about his "good nisei" term for those nisei who didnt fight for their rights ?
