Gonski report
[edit]if anyone is feeling nice - could they work something in which directly refers to 'The Gonski Report' - it's the final report of the committee looking at school funding, is a well used term, and probably should have an article itself (maybe it does... so link it... maybe it doesn't... so write it.) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 115.187.136.5 (talk) 03:29, 16 April 2012 (UTC)
- Under the Community leadership section, I had previously inserted a line that "During 2011, Gonski was Chair of the Expert Advisory Panel of the Commonwealth Government's Review of the Funding of Schools in Australia" (with references, commonly called the Gonski Report). At this stage of the Gonski Report, I don't think any further embellishment is needed. The proof will be on the Government's ability to implement his recommendations. Over the years, Gonski has prepared reports for various governments, some of which have variously been called the Gonski Report on release; meaning that there are various Gonski Reports. Whilst the Gonski Report may be topical now, let's wait and see how it pans out over the years. It may well be that the Gonski Report gathers dust in the parliamentary library. - It probably deserves its own article really - but having brought this article up to scratch and tidied and updated the target of the redirect, it's time for me to move on. Laterthanyouthink (talk) 08:08, 27 March 2025 (UTC)
