I do not see why this article should be independent from deleted scene as both articles deal in the same topic, and as this article merly defines a term with little information directly relating to the term itself. Go for it, I say. Most of the article is unsourced, and it looks like the only sourced content actually ties to this edit which is a bit different from what the current version shows, talking about a "bin", which can apparently be a "trim bin" or "editing bin".
