Page name/potential move?

This is a good topic. But I question the current article title -- this perhaps leans too much to concision, and not enough to precision. I think our general readers will not have a sense of the time period and we should introduce it earlier in the article title. What about "Hyperinflation in the Republic of China"? I actually considered several possible names, including the one you proposed. Below are my reasons for the choice, which might be helpful to you.

Chinese hyperinflation: The current name was from several scholarly works:
- Zhao, Liuyan; Li, Lianfa (2015-07-01). "Interest rate, money demand and seigniorage: The Chinese hyperinflation 1946–1949". China Economic Review. 34: 169–179. doi:10.1016/j.chieco.2015.05.002. ISSN 1043-951X.
- Habegger, Jay (1988-09-01). "Origins of the Chinese Hyperinflation". Foundation for Economic Education.
- Babcock, J. M.; Makinen, G. E. (1975). "The Chinese Hyperinflation Reexamined". Journal of Political Economy. 83 (6): 1259–1267. doi:10.1086/260394. ISSN 0022-3808. JSTOR 1830861.

But this name might be misleading as it was not only hyperinflation in Chinese history. In fact, there were other notable periods of high inflation, such as during the Yuan dynasty [1] and China in the 1980s [2]. But currently, it was widely used in English literature to refer to the inflation in the 1930s, 1940s and sometimes early 1950s. There was no consensus on the lasting period, as you can tell from the references. So this is why I did not include a date.

Hyperinflation in China: This name could be misleading to English readers, as it seems to imply that Taiwan is part of China, highly disputable, although the topic describes the inflation, primarily caused by the government of the Republic of China, on both Mainland and Taiwan.
Hyperinflation in the Republic of China: This name seems to me implying this issue primarily occurred in Taiwan, as the Republic of China (ROC) is the official name of Taiwan. Also, hyperinflation of this period was not limited to the land controlled by the ROC, but also the occupied Chinese territories controlled by Communists and Japanese.

Oppose per others. This article is about specific period of hyperinflation, not the general concept of hyperinflation in China, which I believe has occurred many times throughout Chinese history (due to extensive counterfeiting and wacky fiscal policy).
