Needs to be globalised

[edit]

This article is very Australian-centric and more needs to be done on adding further examples of the use of this type of journalism in other parts of the world. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jenafalt (talkcontribs) 19:14, 17 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Forced to need money

[edit]

From "When Corporations Rule the World": "One of the major challenges faced by colonial administrators was to force those who obtained their livelihoods from their own lands and common areas to give their lands and labor to (slave) plantation development, that is, to make them dependent on a money economy so that their resources, labor, and consumption might yield PROFITS to the colonizers....." They should be PAID. Stars4change (talk) 17:12, 7 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Chequebook journalismCheckbook journalism – The article uses the American spelling; not once is the word spelled chequebook after the title. Change for consistency. User136596 (talk) 07:00, 28 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose. Change it all back per WP:RETAIN. Do not reward sneaky editing. SmokeyJoe (talk) 12:36, 28 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
