Budinoi is 100% compatible with the Turkish word BUDIN/BODUN/BUDUN meaning tribe or people. Acc. to Starostin/Dybo's ProtoAltaic Dict: PTurk. *bodun people (народ): OTurk. bodun (OUygh., ork,); Karakh. boδun (MK).". The Turkish word is the same in form and meaning.
