The contents of Broasting was merged into Broaster Company on 26 December 2018. The former page's history now serves to provide attribution for that content in the latter page, and it must not be deleted as long as the latter page exists. For the discussion at that location, see its talk page.

I've just removed large tracts of promotional material, and I'm going to take a break, then look again with fresh eyes. I've never hacked a wiki article so much before, but I feel quite justified. -Roxy the dog (resonate) 20:42, 31 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Merger proposal

I propose merging Broasting into Broaster Company. The term appears to be used as a licensed trademark from the company for pressure frying using their branded ingredients and equipment. I don't think this process merits its own article, at least until there's an explanation of how this differs from pressure frying.-Ich (talk) 11:24, 24 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

P.S. By the way, the differences between pressure frying, in general, and broasting, in particular, seem to be equipment- and recipe-specific, near as I can tell (I'd never read anything about it before editing the Broasting stub). — Spike Toronto 09:51, 25 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
