Harmful edits notice

This article was targeted by an exploit, which added an offensive section, which couldn't have been removed from the "edit" view. My 2 edits removed this section by adding an empty section with the same title, then removing it. I'm not removing the offensive content from these, and please, do not remove it either, as there doesn't seem to be a way to notice this behavior in the logs after the content has been removed.
