German or Polish?
[edit]It says that Metreweli is the German spelling, but the reference does not verify this at all.
Given that her father was also known as Dobrowolski (see https://www.thegazette.co.uk/London/issue/44092/page/9354/data.pdf) when he was naturalised, I would have thought it'd be more likely to be the Polish spelling (given that both languages write the /v/ phoneme as 'w').
