Because it's a list/disambiguation page, where references are not needed, nor helpful; especially because of the swarm of deletionists who have acquired admin powers without any actual intelligence....and who would delete everything but Toronto and London within minutes if they could....Skookum1 (talk) 23:07, 8 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
