Benjamin Ritchie is within the scope of WikiProject Indiana, an open collaborative effort to coordinate work for, and sustain comprehensive coverage of the U.S. state of Indiana and related subjects on Wikipedia.
Normally, I do support "Murder of" titles that focus on the victim rather than the perpetrator. However, I think this is one of the cases where there is far more information out there about the perpetrator and should be renamed as such. Primarily because of the documentaries from Trevor McDonald where Ritchie was interviewed repeatedly. The article should probably be renamed to just Benjamin Ritchie. He is quite a character in the documentary. I didn't even know this was the name of the victim, the murder isn't all that notable. A police officer was shot and killed. Sadly it's a common occurrence in the United States, in fact, 50 police officers were shot and killed in the United States in the year 2000, with Toney being one of them.
