If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Commons Undeletion Request

Merger [MERGED CONTENT FROM FORMER "BALLOON PILOT INSIGNIA" ARTCILE]

@McChizzle I didn't see a merger discussion... am I misclicking? Regardless, I would be neutral towards such a merger. The target page would need to be re-named. I have recently (within the last year) re-named several pages... all of them to United States aviator badges, United States aircrew badges, United States observer badges, and United States astronaut badges (they previously all had odd capitalization, such as "United States Astronaut Badge," implying there was one singular badge named that). I digress... my point was that if we re-named the target page to "United States balloon badges" I'd support it. MWFwiki (talk) 18:11, 30 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
