Sources to use

Hollis seems to meet notability guidelines but the article needs more detail and better sources. I would recommend using the Washington Post profile already in the article as well as these ones from BBC Food [1], Eater[2], and Mashed[3]. Also this article could be a good source for Hollis' book. And it's not as substantial but this mention in a New York Times column by comedian John Hodgman might be worth citing to show his impact and for more examples of Hollis' content.
