Almost the entire narrative of the "climate" section is unsourced. It also looks like the supposed tornado that affected Aurora Downs (just southwest of North Aurora) back in 1906 could be original research. There is virtually nothing that comes up when you search google. I was able to find one reference to the event in the Abbeville Press, Abbeville, SC, which indicated that a windstorm collapsed the tent. There is no evidence presented that it was a tornado. The wiki article for Aurora Downs also appears to indicate the location in the wrong place; the racetrack can be found on the Sanborn Fire Insurance map of 1907 on the north side of Airport Road just west of Highland.
