General improvements needed

I tidied up some awkward phrasing in places, but I think the article could still use some improvement in general. I wasn't sure how to rephrase "The monument was reconstructed in 2013 and the landscape design of the territory was established in 2014." - I think this means that the area around the monument had landscaping done, but I'm not entirely sure. A bit more information on why it was reconstructed and what river is being referred to in that paragraph would also be good I think. Mettastasized (talk) 05:14, 31 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
