[edit]

how credible is the citation of encyclopedia iranica and why is iranian source used in the topic covering bengali architecture? i feel there is a load of BS and iranian/persian propaganda material being used in the article.Rameezraja001 (talk) 05:49, 13 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Kirtimukha

Interesting Bongan® →TalkToMe← 15:03, 21 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Cerium4B has repeatedly deleted[[1]][[2]][[3]] 2 verified images Mihrab[[4]] and Kirtimukha[[5]] without a valid reason. I called him to the talk page[[6]], but he continued removing the images. After my edit warning, he restored one image[[7]]. I don't understand why he has made so many unconstructive edits to this page. Bongan® →TalkToMe← 18:07, 7 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I’ve already explained why I’ve removed those images. — Cerium4B—Talk? • 18:10, 7 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Those are irrelevant images for an article of a mosque.
I’ve just asked some wp:rs. Search and add them, none is stopping you. — Cerium4B—Talk? • 18:16, 7 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I’ve restored this because it was mistakenly removed by me while removing your irrelevant image. Not because of your illogical warning on my talk page. — Cerium4B—Talk? • 18:29, 7 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Evidence of Kirtimukha Motifs at Adina Mosque

[edit]

The image of Kirtimukha at Adina Mosque was removed from the article without proper research. It is clearly visible in @Amitabha Gupta's image on the main mihrab to the right of the Singhasan when zoomed in. In @Bhaskar Ghosh's Singhasan image, it appears at the center when zoomed in. In @Paramanu Sarkar's image, it is visible without zooming. All these images provide clear evidence of Kirtimukha motifs and artwork at Adina Mosque.

It’s not a kirtimukha.
Provide some reliable sources to prove your claim. — Cerium4B—Talk? • 13:49, 7 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
