According to the information in this Wikipedia article, there weren't any tank assaults on 9 July 2024.

Not done... ref #1 clearly states "Israeli tanks deepened their incursions into some Gaza City districts such as Shujayea, Sabra and Tal al-Hawa, where residents reported some of the fiercest fighting since the start of the war." - Adolphus79 (talk) 03:23, 18 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Guy Haddad 1: Admittedly, there isn't much information in the cited ref about said tank activity. There are mentions of "helicopter strikes" and the above "tanks deepened their incursions", and there are a mentions of "attacks", "blasts", "fights", "strikes", etc., but there isn't enough specificity to know which were "gun firefights" or "tank battles" or "airstrikes" for us to say ourselves (using that ref). - Adolphus79 (talk) 17:20, 21 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Adolphus79 So what do you suggest? Personally I don't mind keeping the Tank assault or removing it. I just initially thought that this information was inserted by mistake. Guy Haddad 1 (talk) 09:09, 22 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
