Drafting of Permanent Constitution in South Sudan.

The Government needs to observed roles of community leaders in South South and implement their roles in the constitution. During colonial period Africans leaders roles were recognized in the roots of colonial administration government. The reason was African leaders can easily communicate to the colonies through them they tricked Africans into implementing law and order for the Colonizers to control their land and explore Africans resources.
