The guy in the infamous photo with the blood-soaked hands is gone. https://www.timesofisrael.com/liveblog_entry/idf-shin-bet-confirm-death-in-gaza-strike-of-palestinian-infamous-for-lynching-of-two-israeli-soldiers-in-2000/ tharsaile (talk) 17:36, 3 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Missing information in the English article

[edit]

in the Hebrew article, there is an image included of Palestinians celebrating while holding the intestines and inner organs of the soldiers they murdered and mutilated. Here it's obviously missing. Also, I didn't see the mention of one of the Palestinians calling the wife of one of her soldiers, and informing her, he just slaughtered her husband. That fact is mentioned in the Hebrew article as well, but not here unfortunately. Please fix that. Daf7540 (talk) 18:06, 12 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Description of suggested change: change it from 1/2 to 1/4 of the killed being children because eve spanglers book literally says "100 Palestinians in Ramallah, probably a quarter of them children" also add "In clashes with" because it adds specificity into the exact circumstances of the deaths rather than leaving harmful ambiguity Diff:

over 100 Palestinians, nearly half of them children, had been killed by Israeli forces
+
over 100 Palestinians, nearly a quarter of them children, had been killed in clashes with Israeli forces
