Taandob 2 is a planned Bangladeshi political action thriller film written and directed by Raihan Rafi. It is intended as the sequel to the 2025 film Taandob, starring Shakib Khan in the lead role. The film is being developed under the banners of Alpha-i and Chorki.
Taandob 2 is set to expand the Raihan Rafi Cinematic Universe (RRCU), following the events of both Surongo (2023) and Taandob (2025). The sequel was teased directly in the post-credit scene of the original film with the message Taandob 2 loading, and Raihan Rafi later confirmed its development.

[edit]After the successful Eid-ul-Adha 2025 release of Taandob, the post-credits scene displayed the message Taandob 2 loading, confirming a sequel was in development.[1]
Director Raihan Rafi confirmed the sequel while addressing fans at cinema halls during the film’s first week.[1]
Release
[edit]No official release date has been announced for Taandob 2. However, based on Raihan Rafi's release strategy, it is expected to arrive during a future Eid season, possibly in 2026 or 2027.
