TVS Emerald Haven Realty Limited (commonly called TVS Emerald) is an Indian real estate development company headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. A subsidiary of TVS Holdings (part of the TVS Group conglomerate), it specializes in sustainable residential communities and urban development projects.[4][1]

History

Founded in 2012 as Emerald Haven Realty Limited,[5] the company serves as the real estate arm of the 113-year-old TVS Group conglomerate established by T.V. Sundaram Iyengar.[1] Its first project, TVS Emerald Green Hills in Perungalathur (completed 2016), achieved India's highest CONQUAS (Construction Quality Assessment System) score from Singapore's Building and Construction Authority.[6]


The TVS Group also owns TVS Motor Co, Ltd., the third largest two-wheeler maker in India.[7][8][9]
