Sune Agerschou (born 10 March 1974) is a Danish former handballer. He played for Danish Handball League side Skjern Håndbold, GOG Svendborg and German league side SC Magdeburg, with whom he won the Champions League.

He made 33 appearances for the Danish national team.[1]

He ended his career at the age of 36 in 2010 due to a concussion.[2] Today he is a sporting director at Ribe-Esbjerg HH.[3]
