The Soueast S07 is a C+level produced by Soueast Motors. The model was introduced in 2024 and is designed to target younger urban consumers.[1][2]
Design

[edit]The S07 has a contemporary SUV design characterized by a wide stance and prominent LED lighting elements. It features a digital-style front grille and a rear light setup with 3D sculptural elements. The vehicle offers multiple exterior color options, and all models come standard with a Starry Digital Grille at the front, continuous LED Front and Rear Light Strips.[2]
Interior
[edit]The interior includes soft-touch materials and a panoramic sunroof measuring approximately 62 inches. A transparent gear shift knob is part of the central console. Three interior color schemes are available. The cabin features a welcoming atmosphere with welcome pedals and welcome lights.[2]
Powertrain
[edit]The S07 series offers ICE models with 1.5T+6MT, 1.5TD+7DCT and 1.6TD+8AT 4WD powertrain options alongside HEV and PHEV variants.[2][3]
Technology and Features
[edit]The S07 is equipped with a dual 12.3-inch display setup that combines the instrument panel and infotainment system into a single digital interface. It features a multi-zone climate control system that includes a rear touch control screen for passengers in the back seat. A multi-language voice assistant is integrated, capable of distinguishing between driver and front passenger commands to enable hands-free operation for various functions. The vehicle supports both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, allowing seamless connectivity with mobile devices. Select configurations of the S07 are equipped with the Qualcomm 8155 in-vehicle computing chip, which enhances system responsiveness and processing power for multimedia and navigation tasks. An optional surround digital cockpit interface is also available to further enhance the immersive driving experience.[2]
Safety and Driver Assistance
[edit]The S07 offers L2 driver assistance capabilities, incorporating a suite of active safety technologies. These include autonomous emergency braking with pedestrian detection, designed to reduce the risk of frontal collisions, as well as lane departure warning and lane keeping assist systems. Forward collision warning provides alerts in potentially hazardous situations, while adaptive cruise control and traffic jam assist enable semi-automated driving under varying traffic conditions. Additionally, the vehicle features automatic high beam assist, which adjusts headlight intensity based on surrounding traffic and lighting conditions. Together, these systems are intended to enhance driving convenience and overall vehicle safety.[4]
