Manashvili debuted on the international stage in 2017 in cadet and junior competitions, steadily progressing through age groups.[3]

In 2022, he clinched the European U20 title in the 125 kg category at Plovdiv, Bulgaria.[4]

At the 2025 European Championships in Bratislava, he reached the final after dominating Gheorghe Erhan (MDA), Azamat Khosonov (Greece), and Kamil Kościołek (Poland). He took silver, losing 7–7 on criteria to Giorgi Meshvildishvili of Azerbaijan.[1][5][6][7]
