Sangeeth is an Indian playback singer in Malayalam movie industry known for winning the first season of Kerala’s music reality show, Super Star in Amrita TV. Super Star was the first music reality show broadcast on Malayalam television and his participation and win occurred during the early years[1] of televised music competitions in the Malayalam-language media[2] [3].
In 2024, a segment sung by Sangeeth in the 2007 Malayalam film Chotta Mumbai received public attention. The song, titled "Thala", included a four-line stanza performed by him, which gained traction on social media following the film’s 4K re-release. The renewed interest led to discussions about his contribution to the original soundtrack[4].
