Rathbraughan (Irish: Rath Bracháin)[1] is a townland in County Sligo, Ireland just north of Sligo Town.[2][3] It gives its name to Rathbraughan Line,[4] the main road through the area, and to Rathbraughan Park, a housing estate on the northern edge of Sligo Town[5][6] which was built in the 1980s.[citation needed]
