Pudgy Penguins

Pudgy Penguins[1][2] is a blockchain-based collection of digital artwork composed of non-fungible tokens (NFTs).[3][4] It is a collection of 8,888 unique NFTs launched on the Ethereum blockchain in August 2021.[5]
The project was established in July 2021, the organization was formed by a cohort of university students.[6] In April 2022, Pudgy Penguins underwent acquisition by Luca Schnetzler for a sum of 750 ETH, equivalent to $2.5 million.[7][8]
According to the official website, Pudgy Penguins is "a global IP focused on proliferating the penguin, memetic culture, and good vibes." The brand positions itself as a "web3-born" entity that "fosters creativity, freedom, and community." Beyond digital collectibles, Pudgy Penguins has expanded into producing content, merchandise, toys, and other physical products.[9]
Pudgy Penguins and its associated intellectual property are owned and managed by LSLTTT Holdings, Inc..[10]
In April 2025, Ledger, a global digital asset security company, announced a collaboration with Pudgy Penguins to launch a limited series of hardware wallets.[11]
