Piasek [ˈpjasɛk] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Janów, within Częstochowa County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 4 km (2 mi) west of Janów, 21 km (13 mi) east of Częstochowa, and 61 km (38 mi) north-east of the regional capital Katowice.
