Phyllobrostis tephroleuca[1] or Pilotocoma tephroleuca[2] is a moth in the family Lyonetiidae.[1][2] It is found in South Africa[2] (Transvaal, Natal[3]) and Zimbabwe.[3]

The wingspan is 10–10.3 mm for males and 10.8–11 mm for females.[3]
