Pain Deza (Persian: پايين دزا, also Romanized as Pā’īn Dezā)[1] is a village in Kolijan Rostaq-e Sofla Rural District, in the Central District of Sari County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 1,945, in 601 families.[2] Up from 1,705 in 2006.[3]

Pain Deza is a southern suburb of Sari, bordering the city's main urban area to its north. It also borders Ahi Dasht and Mahdasht to its west and the Tajan river to its east.[4]
