Oshiyan is a village in Chaboksar District of Rudsar County, Gilan Province, Iran. It located in a short distance between the Alborz height and the Caspian Sea. Due to this geographical situation, it has a temperate four-season climate fit for growing flowers and shrubs—many garden greenhouses export their flowers and plants to the national and international market.

The village is the capital of Owshiyan Rural District. At the 2016 census, its population was 1,675 people in 578 households.[1]
