Schremser and Josef Trauner.[3] The concept for OtterlyAI was developed in response to the increasing use of generative AI tools in digital search and content discovery.[4] The company emerged from stealth mode in late 2024[5][6] and announced a technology partnership with SEO platform Semrush in January 2025.[7]
