MoEngage Inc. is a privately held software company that offers a customer engagement platform for consumer brands. Its platform includes features for user analytics, campaign automation, and AI-driven personalization. History

MoEngage was founded in 2014 by Raviteja Dodda and Yashwanth Kumar. The company initially focused on mobile engagement and gradually expanded into multichannel marketing and data-driven personalization.[5][6][7]

Funding and Growth

As of 2024, MoEngage has raised approximately USD 200 million through multiple funding rounds. Its Series E round in 2022 was co-led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management[12][13] and B Capital.[14][15][16] Other investors include Steadview Capital, Multiples Alternate Asset Management, Eight Roads Ventures, F-Prime Capital, and Matrix Partners India.[17][18][19][20]

The company reported more than 1,300 clients and 650+ employees globally as of 2024.[21]

MoEngage operates in over 15 countries, with regional offices in the United States, India, UK, Germany, UAE, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Saudi Arabia. It launched Regional Edge Servers in Saudi Arabia to support data residency and compliance.[22][23]
