Mir Mushfiqur Rahman (Bengali: মীর মুশফিকুর রহমান) is a Major General of the Bangladesh Army. He is the GOC of the 24th Infantry Division and the Area Commander of the Chittagong Region.[1][2]

Biography

Mushfiqur is currently serving as the General Officer Commanding of the 24th Infantry Division and the Area Commander of the Chittagong Region. He is the Chairman of the Governing Body of the Armed Forces Medical College.[3][4] He has served as a Colonel at the Defence Services Command and Staff College (DSCSC).[5][1]

He has served in important military training and educational institutions at various times.
