Michalis Leventogiannis (born 26 July 1986) is a Greek actor. In 2013, he graduated from Geogios Theodosiadis Drama School. He became widely popular after starring in various TV shows, including Δίδυμα Φεγγάρια (Didima Fegaria), Το Τατουάζ (To Tatouaz), Έρωτας Μετά (Erotas Meta), Αγγελική (Aggeliki) and Παγιδευμένοι (Pagidevmeni).
Early Years
[edit]He was born in Athens on July 26 in 1986. He studied marketing and business administration, and after his studies, he started working at an advertising agency. At the age of 22, he decided to dedicate himself to acting. Therefore, he studied at Georgios Theodosiadis Drama School, graduating in 2013.[1]
Career

[edit]He made his debut on TV in March 2015 in the Alpha TV series 10th Commandment (Dekati Entoli), in the episode The Gift (To Doro). In April 2015, he also participated in one more episode of the same series named Anger (Thimos).[2][3] In the same TV season (2015-2016) he acted in MEGA's TV series Yes, Chef! (Malista chef!) portraying Kostis, a barman at a restaurant. The following season, he collaborated with director Andreas Georgiou and producer Koulis Nikolaou, and he starred in ANT1's drama serial Didima Feggaria (Twin Moons) as Orestis Delis.[4]
He continued collaborating with Georgiou and Nikolaou in the upcoming season (2017-2018). That year, he starred in ALPHA's series To Tatouaz (The Tattoo) as Tony Niven, a wealthy shipowner, written by Vana Dimitriou. He acted on the show until its final season in 2018-2019.[5][6] In 2019-2020, he portrayed policeman Georgios Athanasiadis in ALPHA's TV series Erotas Meta. In 2020-2021, he starred in ALPHA's drama series Aggeliki, portraying Michalis Zachos. In 2022-2024, he starred in ANT1's TV series Pagidevmeni (Bound).[7]
Film
[edit]In 2018, Aigaio SOS was his debut in film, starring alongside Thodoris Atheridis, Panos Vlachos and Evangelia Siriopoulou.[8]
Theatre
[edit]He has participated in a lot of theatrical plays such as Ola Gia Tin Mitera Mou, Piaf, Dogville, 20 Hronia Apo Ton Thanato Tis Melinas Merkouri (20-Year Anniversary Since the Death of Melina Merkouri), I Daskala Me Ta Hrisa Matia (The Teacher with the Golden Eyes), Pontikopagida (Mousetrap) and Closer.
