I propose this change to mitigate risks of editors accidentally editing while logged out upon the roll-out of temporary accounts, by better explaining the possible privacy risks of a temporary account as opposed to a full account. This was workshopped slightly in this discussion and I don't see it as being controversial to clarify this risk, especially given that editing while logged out carries significant privacy concerns regarding access to one's IP, and the current message does not sufficiently convey that risk, choosing instead to link to a documentation page which many will likely not click on.
