The Makeyevka constituency (No.13) is a proposed Russian legislative constituency in the Donetsk People's Republic. The constituency covers eastern Donetsk and south-eastern DNR.

As the Donetsk People's Republic was annexed by Russia in September 2022, the constituency is created for the 2026 legislative election. As of June 2025, it is the only DNR constituency fully controlled by Russian forces.

Since 2026: Amvrosiyevsky District, Donetsk (Biryuki, Budyonnovsky District, Gorbachevo-Mikhaylovka, Grishki, Larino, Mikhaylovka, Mospino, Novodvorskoye, Oktyabrskoye, Pavlogradskoye, Proletarsky District, Temryuk, Verbovaya Balka), Ilovaysk, Khartsyzsk, Makeyevka, Starobeshevsky District, Telmanovsky District[1]
The constituency covers mostly industrial eastern Donetsk, nearby towns of Ilovaysk, Khartsyzsk and Makeyevka as well as rural south-eastern Donetsk People's Republic.
