Loggu Community Day School also known as LOSEC is a public senior high school located in Wa East District, in the Upper West Region of Ghana.[1][2] Loggu Community Day Senior High School was commissioned on Monday, 23 January 2017. The school has been in existence for nearly nine years now. Since its inception, the school has been a purely day school and single track with no boarding facilities under the National Democratic Congress (NDC). However, there were private hostel facilities that accommodate most of the students of the school especially in the Loggu township. Because of the free SHS boarding system, the school was converted to boarding under the New Patriotic Party (NPP).[3] The school is located along the Loggu-Kolikpon road way about 26 km (40 minutes) from Wa, the Capital of the region.[2][4] The school is one of the centers for BECE in the Wa East District.
