Liotryphon caudatus is a species of parasitoid wasp belonging to the family Ichneumonidae.[1]

It was first described in 1948 as Pimpla caudatus by J.T.C. Ratzeburg[1][2]

It is native to Europe,[1][3] and an exotic species in New Zealand.[4]
