Lia Grace Redick (born October 8, 2009) is a Canadian artistic gymnast.

Early life

Redick began her gymnastics career at three years old. Her sister, Olivia, is also a gymnast.[1]

Junior gymnastics career

In May 2022, Redick competed at the Canadian Junior Championships and won gold on uneven bars, and placed sixth in the all-around.[2][3]

2024

In March 2024, Redick competed at the 2024 DTB Pokal Team Challenge and won bronze on vault. In May, she competed at the 2024 Pan American Championships, where she helped Canada win team silver and placed fourth in the all-around. In June, she competed at the Canadian Junior Championships and won bronze in the all-around, and floor exercise, and silver on balance beam.[2]

She then competed at the Olympic Hopes Cup, and won gold on floor exercise, and silver on uneven bars and balance beam.[4]

Senior gymnastics career

In March 2025, Redick competed at the 2025 DTB Pokal Team Challenge and she made her senior international debut and helped Canada finish second as a team. She then competed at the DTB Pokal Mixed Cup and helped Canada finish third as a team.[5][6]

In June 2025, Redick was then selected to compete at the 2025 Pan American Championships.[7] During the Pan American Championships, she helped Canada win team silver. During the event finals, she won gold on balance beam.[8]
