Lee Wilson (also known as Coach Lee) is an American relationship coach, YouTube personality, and actor. He is the founder of Love Dynamics LLC. Wilson has been cited in The New York Times[1] and interviewed in USA Today[2] as a relationship expert.
In 2025, Wilson played the lead role of General Earl Van Dorn[citation needed] in the historical romance drama film The Legend of Van Dorn, which screened at the Cannes Film Festival.[3][4]
Career
[edit]In the early 2000s, Wilson began his career[5] with a nonprofit marriage-enrichment organization as a writer.
In 2017, Wilson founded Love Dynamics, a relationship coaching brand that has been featured in various media outlets, including magazines, newspapers and television shows.[6][failed verification]
As of 2018, Wilson employs a variety of strategies to enrich or improve relationships,[7] with a particular emphasis on understanding the concept of limerence, a term coined by American psychologist Dorothy Tennov.[8][failed verification]
Acting
[edit]In 2025, Wilson starred in the historical romance drama film The Legend of Van Dorn, portraying Confederate General General Earl Van Dorn.[citation needed] The film, directed by Shane Stanley, focuses on the final chapter of Van Dorn’s life and screened at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival.[3]
