Koomapatti is a Village located in Watrap taluk,[1] Watrap panchayat union, Virudhunagar district, Tamil Nadu, India.[2] This village located in the foothills of the Western Ghats. Koomapatti is located 5 km west of Vathirairuppu. Nedungulam, Kansapuram, Sethunarayanapuram are nearby villages. Koomapatti Kansapuram road is passing through this village.

Muthalamman Temple[3] and the Sappani Muthaiah Temple are located in this village.[4]
