History
[edit]Klingit was founded in 2020 by Rikard Hegelund, Teddy Wold, and Cem Arel in Stockholm, Sweden.[1] The company initially positioned itself as a design-as-a-service provider before expanding into broader creative and marketing services.
In 2022, Klingit raised 20 million SEK in funding from WiT Ventures, Livingstone Partners, and the founders of the Swedish creative agency King, including Sunit Mehrotra and Frank Hollingworth.[2]
In 2024, Klingit acquired the Norwegian creative technology company Graphiq.[3]
Services
[edit]Klingit's platform allows businesses to request services within branding, content marketing, UX/UI, presentation design, and web design. These are delivered through subscription tiers by a hybrid team of in-house and freelance creatives.
In 2023, Klingit launched AI-assisted design tools to support brand consistency and workflow speed.[4]
