Kangna Sharma (born 3 April 1989) is an Indian actress and model known for her work in Hindi films, television, and web series.[1] She gained recognition with her role in the Bollywood film Great Grand Masti (2016) and later appeared in several web series and music videos.[2][3]
Career
[edit]Sharma began her career as a model and participated in beauty contests before transitioning to acting. She made her Bollywood debut in 2016 with the adult comedy Great Grand Masti,[4] playing a supporting role alongside actors like Riteish Deshmukh and Vivek Oberoi.[5]
In addition to acting, she ventured into singing in 2016, recording a sensuous and romantic music album as her debut in the music industry.[6]
She subsequently gained attention with her appearance in the music video "Tera Baap Aaya", which became popular on YouTube. Sharma has also appeared in Hindi web series including ALTBalaji's The Casino (2020), where she played a key role alongside Karanvir Bohra and Mandana Karimi.[3]
In addition to acting, she has featured in several Hindi and Haryanvi music videos. Her bold screen presence and glamour-oriented roles have garnered her popularity on digital platforms.[7]
