Jaroslav Pekař (born 13 October 1944) is a Czech sports shooter. He competed in the mixed 50 metre rifle three positions event at the 1980 Summer Olympics.[1]

In May 1990, Pekař was elected as the first president of the newly founded Czech Shooting Federation.[2] He served as the president for 19 years. After he didn't run for re-election in 2009, he was succeeded by Petr Baroch.[3] In 2009 the federation gave him the title of honorary president for life.[4]
