Jakunówko [jakuˈnufkɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pozezdrze, within Węgorzewo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 9 km (6 mi) east of Pozezdrze, 17 km (11 mi) east of Węgorzewo, and 107 km (66 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
In 1565 Mikołaj Kijalnik and Grzegorz Kijalnik from Jakunowo were granted 60 włókas of land to establish the village, initially under the name Wilamowa.[2]
