Biography

[edit]

Izabel Rosa Pereira was born in 1910 near Caputira in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil, and spent her entire life there. She had five siblings. In 1934, Izabel Rosa Pereira married Antônio José Pereira, and had twelve children together, nine of whom were still alive in February 2024.[5] Despite her age, she is concerned with the current state of the world. When asked what she considers the most important thing in the world, she replied that it is her "beautiful family."[6]
