The Gorlovka constituency (No.15) is a proposed Russian legislative constituency in the Donetsk People's Republic. The constituency covers northern and north-western Donetsk as well as northern and north-eastern DNR.

As the Donetsk People's Republic was annexed by Russia in September 2022, the constituency is created for the 2026 legislative election. As of June 2025, the constituency is not under full control of the Russian forces, namely, northern part of the constituency.

Since 2026: Aleksandrovsky District, Artyomovsky Distict, Debaltsevo, Donetsk (Kievsky District, Kuybyshevsky District, Peski, Spartak, Vesyoloye), Gorlovka, Konstantinovsky District, Kramatorsk, Krasnolimansky District, Shakhtyorsky District, Slavyansky District, Snezhnoye, Torez, Yasinovatovsky District, Yenakiyevo[1]
The constituency covers outer northern and north-western Donetsk, northern and mostly coal-mining north-eastern DNR, including the towns of Debaltsevo, Gorlovka, Kramatorsk, Snezhnoye, Torez and Yenakiyevo.
