[edit]According to Eater Carolinas, the restaurant's owner "mixes ideas from traditional fish camps with Black Appalachian and Southern cuisine". The menu includes shrimp burgers and fish sandwiches, crab dip, hush puppies, and Sea Island red peas.[3]
