Glu-Glu dipeptidase (EC 3.4.13.7, alpha-glutamyl-glutamate dipeptidase, glutamylglutamic arylamidase) is an enzyme.[1] This enzyme catalyses the following chemical reaction
- Hydrolysis of the Glu!Glu dipeptide
